The brief

What Dar Global needed.

Dar Global, formerly Dar Al Arkan, was launching its first tower in the UAE. I Love Florence, in DIFC, was designed with Roberto Cavalli, so every part of the brand had to meet Cavalli’s standard and win Cavalli’s approval. The buyers weren’t only in the UAE. They were all over the world.

What we did

What we did for Dar Global.

We planned how to reach buyers in each market, built the I Love Florence brand and took it through Roberto Cavalli’s approval. Then we took the tower to market across every channel:

  • digital ads, email and outdoor
  • a website where buyers could browse Dar Global’s developments and pay their deposits online
  • roadshow events in London, Moscow, Shanghai and other key buyer markets
  • a CRM funnel to capture every lead and follow it through
  • PR and press releases
  • the launch event, designed, managed and delivered by us, with Roberto Cavalli’s CEO as a guest

The result

50% of the tower sold by launch day.

50% of the tower sold by launch day. Our press releases were picked up by media around the world.

“Talk The Walk built a brand that Roberto Cavalli approved, then took it to buyers from London to Shanghai. By launch day, half the tower was sold.”
Ziad El ChaarCEO, Dar Global
