Dubai Police had a major role at Expo 2020 Dubai, with the world’s media in the city. Officers at every rank needed to be ready to speak on camera, clearly and confidently.

  • wrote the communications plan and key messages for Expo 2020
  • prepared officers for difficult interview questions and how to handle them
  • ran media training for staff at every level, from junior ranks to senior leadership
  • brought in a well-known TV anchor to lead the training
